Chia Recipe: MILA Balsamic Vinaigrette
3 cups extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp roasted garlic
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oregano
1 scoop Mila
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Take all ingredients and place in blender. Turn blender on high and slowly add oil until well blended.

Linda’s Miracle Salsa
2 large cans chopped canned tomatoes
1 medium red onion chopped
3 to 4 cloves of garlic minced
1 bunch cilantro chopped
2 to 3 scoops Mila
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with your favorite Corn Chips.

Orange Mila
1 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp powdered milk
1 Tbsp powdered sugar/sugar
1 Tsp of vanilla
Cup of ice
Scoop of Mila
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.

Amarette
1 cup almonds, finely ground
2/3 cup sugar
1 large egg white
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 scoops Mila
Whip together egg white, almond extract and salt. Mix in sugar, ground almonds and Mila. Mold into balls about 1″ in diameter and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

Brushetta Appetizer
8 Campari Tomatoes
2 Cups Olive Oil
5 Tbsp Mila
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Chopped Basil
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Package of Bagel Chips or Brushetta bread crostinis
Chop Campari Tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Arrange Bagel Chips on platter and place 1 teaspoon of mixture onto each chip

Mila Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 scoop Mila
3 tbsp softened margarine or butter
8 oz. chocolate bark
Mix Mila, peanut butter and margarine together, gradually adding sugar until all are combined well. Shape mixture into one-inch balls and place on wax paper.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate bark. Dip balls into chocolate and coat well allowing the excess to drip off, then return to wax paper. Let stand until coating is dry.

Mila Egg Nog Punch
2 egg whites
3 cups Milk (soy milk, Skim or 1%)
3 Tbsp Organic Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extra
1 scoop Mila
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
